Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts, diced
- 1 large onion, finely diced
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 200ml coconut milk
- 100ml double cream
- 2 tbsp korma paste
- 1 tbsp ground almonds
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp garam masala
- Salt to taste
Method
- Place the chicken, onion, and garlic in the slow cooker.
- Mix the coconut milk, korma paste, ground almonds, turmeric, and garam masala. Pour over the chicken.
- Cook on Low for 5-6 hours or High for 3 hours.
- Stir in the double cream in the last 20 minutes.
- Serve with pilau rice and naan bread.
Tips
Add a handful of flaked almonds and fresh coriander on top when serving for a restaurant finish.
