Ingredients
- 200g digestive biscuits, crushed
- 75g butter, melted
- 400g cream cheese
- 100g caster sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 150ml sour cream
- 2 tbsp plain flour
Method
- Mix biscuit crumbs and butter. Press into lined slow cooker insert or a cake tin that fits inside.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, vanilla, sour cream, and flour until smooth.
- Pour onto the base.
- Cook LOW 2-3 hours until set with a slight wobble.
- Cool completely before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
- Slice and serve.
Tips
Place a tea towel under the lid to stop condensation dripping onto the cheesecake.
