Ingredients
- 8 pork sausages
- 400g tin mixed beans, drained
- 400g tin chopped tomatoes
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 pepper, diced
- 200ml chicken stock
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tbsp tomato puree
- Salt and pepper
- Crusty bread, to serve
Method
- Brown the sausages quickly in a pan.
- Add everything to the slow cooker and stir.
- Cook on LOW for 6-7 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours.
- Serve with crusty bread for mopping up the sauce.
Tips
Swap pork sausages for veggie sausages to make this vegetarian.
