A vegetarian version of the classic sausage casserole. Just as warming and flavourful.

Ingredients
- 8 vegetarian sausages
- 400g tin chopped tomatoes
- 400g tin baked beans
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 200ml vegetable stock
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp mixed herbs
- Salt and pepper
Method
- Brown the veggie sausages.
- Add to slow cooker with everything else.
- Cook LOW 6-7 hours.
- Season and serve with mash.
Tips
Most supermarket veggie sausages work great in the slow cooker. Richmond and Linda McCartney are popular choices.
